Summary/Objective
Seeking someone passionate about helping their team meet its sales goals through industry knowledge, positive motivation and sales analysis to become the Regional Vice President. Were looking for an ambitious professional with a proven sales track record in employee benefits and/or channel sales leadership with broad sales and B2B client experience. This front-line manager position oversees a team of 5+ sales executives.

Essential Functions
  • Hire, develop and lead sales team to EPS (Employee Protection Solutions) revenue goals within their region.
  • Create regional sales plans designed to meet or exceed revenue goals/quotas, in alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage and monitor team progress through pipeline management strategies, including tracking and reporting sales data from CRM to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Assist sales reps in identifying new broker and client prospects in respective regions and nationally.
  • Coach, consult and collaborate across regional rep team on sales strategy and tactics; provide guidance, spot issues early on, manage short term versus long term priorities, help position organizations value prop in market, overcome channel challenges, identify root issues in the sales process, etc.
  • Support and organize effective utilization of sales team resources including proposal documents, product materials, ecosystem agreements, etc. for successful front-end sales process
  • Actively prepare, participate and assist in the closing of finalist meetings
  • Lead, manage and develop further relationships with pre-determined key/target broker accounts at a national level.
  • Identify and overcome challenges on behalf of the sales organization to assist scaling the business. In the field, this means opening doors with new ecosystem partners, including benefits administration, enrollment platforms, PEOs and other influencing channel partners or third parties. Internally, this means identifying and helping to execute on processes that can be streamlined, upgraded or even removed.

  • Manage sales account and territory assignments; provide leadership, direction, and clarity to reps on broker and client assignments
  • Work closely with EPS leadership to ensure corporate goals, objectives, knowledge basis are all in line with sales rep goals and objectives
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity alongside Product leadership; provide feedback to rep, support and leadership teams to understand/respond appropriately
  • Partner with internal operations leadership when necessary to ensure a seamless stakeholder experience
  • Work closely with sales team and Marketing leadership to establish successful ecosystem support materials/programs
  • Assign resources for and demonstrate leadership presence at industry events.
  • Manage regional sales budget for Conferences/Sponsorships and events within region. Oversee appropriate T&E spend.
  • Create a culture of action oriented, motivated, revenue producing sales reps.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position manages regional team of 5+ sales reps and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the sales employees within that region.

Work Environment
This job operates remotely and/or the nearest InfoArmor office when applicable. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position.

Travel
Travel may be as high as 3-4 weeks of the month visiting brokers, clients, special events and InfoArmor corporate headquarters.

Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 10 years broad sales and B2B client experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in employee benefits and/or channel sales leadership

  • Flexible: Able to tackle new assignments and wear multiple hats, advocating on behalf of client, broker and InfoArmor simultaneously;

  • Work well independently and in a team environment
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Googledocs
  • Experience with Web based applications and communication/ networking platforms
  • Experience with SalesForce or similar software
  • Proven track record of remarkable revenue generation, new market creation, and product/industry expansion in prior career roles
