Overview

Grand Hyatt at SFO is hiring Events Administrative Assistants!

The Events Administrative Assistant must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This position is primarily responsible for but not limited to providing administrative support to a Events Team and/or members of the Leadership Committee. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
Proven ability to handle a large workload in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, organization and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Hotel industry experience highly preferred
Must have previous administrative experience
